Dog dental water additive

My dog Shih-tuz Creamy hates brushing his teeth.

So I thought of ways to produce various brushing effects and bought a liquid gargle solution that I added to drinking water.

I bought Virbac C.E.T. VET AQUADENT which is a dental water additive for dogs and cats.

It’s produced by Virbac, a well-known company in the field of veterinary products.

The product typically contains ingredients that help reduce the formation of dental plaque and tartar.

They say(From Hompage url)  that C.E.T. AQUADENT helps maintain fresh breath and supports healthy teeth and gums by controlling plaque in dogs and cats.

It uses our FR3SH® Technology – A combination of 3 natural ingredients:

  • Erythritol – a natural sweetener, has a freshening effect in mouth
  • Inulin – a natural prebiotic to help control bad breath
  • Pomegranate Extract – a natural antioxidant

The expiration of this additive is two years. And the method of using this additive is to dilute the water and the additive in a ratio of 1:100 and supply it to the dog instead of water.
The manual states that dogs must consume all the water mixed with the additive within 24 hours and discard any remaining water.
The product emits a faint minty scent, and my Shih-Tzu, Creamy, shows improved water consumption after I add these additives, compared to when I provide only plain water.
I’m genuinely pleased with this product because it has eliminated any bad odor from my dog’s mouth since I started using it.
